Well if you want to join guild you should first get best chest enchant and replace the green gem on neck.

You should also look at your hit rating. Hit cap for an arcane mage is 11%, you have 22%. Thats a lot of wasted gear, id say replace Maghia's Misguided Quill.

But if you replace gem and enchant and give me a /w tonight i can inv you. Ill be away next week so if your not here tonight then you have to ask some officer to do it.
